The Pasqualon Road is located in a quiet area of the city, a stone's throw from the historic center and close to the sea area.
In the spring and summer months Pesaro offers the opportunity to participate in numerous cultural and musical events, including the popular Rossini Opera Festival which attracts people from all over the world.
It is very pleasant to take advantage of the various food and wine itineraries, local handicraft products or get lost in the beautiful greenery of the San Bartolo Natural Park, a destination for cyclists and motorcyclists.
Ideal location to relax in a discreet and refined environment.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and utility room / laundry. During the low season it will be possible to occupy only one room with bathroom.
Your four-legged friends will be welcome.
You will be greeted by the manager who can speak English.

Quiet area a few meters from the historic center and less than 10 minutes walk from the sea.
This property guarantees cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas to national guideline standards

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or disinfect them with alcohol-based gel
Open the windows to ventilate the room before leaving
